Research & apply for study abroadscholarships (4-6 months before)
After your MTU study abroad application is approved,submit your study abroad program provider applicationonline. Once your application is approved you willregister for your study abroad courses with theprogram.
Submit your program provider applicationand register for courses (3-6 monthsbefore)
Create your Via TRM traveler profile. Browse travelprograms & submit the Michigan Tech study abroadapplication.
Research travel programs and submitapplication (6-12 months before)
Finalize your study abroad course plan with youracademic advisor.
Complete your study abroad course plan(3-6 months before)
