Introduction

Tributaries AC100 is a compact and convenient Coaxial / Toslink digital audio converter. It accepts a S/PDIF digital audio signal input through either Coaxial cable or Toslink cable, and passes the signal (as is) to both its Coaxial and Toslink output. With its built-in amplification feature, the AC100 can also serve as a repeater and extend the transferring distance.

Features

1. Supports two-way conversion: Coaxial to Toslink or Toslink to Coaxial.

2. Supports input audio signals from 2 channels up to 5.1 channels; the output signal follows the input.

3. Supports amplification of S/PDIF audio and extends the transferring distance, through Coaxial and/or Toslink cables.

4. Select from Coaxial or Toslink input, and send the S/PDIF audio signal to both Coaxial and Toslink output simultaneously.

5. Compact size and easy to install.

Operational Controls and Functions

Coaxial Input: Connect to the output port of your S/PDIF audio source such as a DVD player or amplifier, using Coaxial cable.

Toslink Input: Connect to the output port of your S/PDIF audio source such as a DVD player or amplifier, using Toslink (fiber optic cable).

Toslink Output: Connect to the input port of your S/PDIF audio equipment such as an amplifier, using Toslink (fiber optic cable).

Coaxial Output: Connect to the input port of your S/PDIF audio equipment such as an amplifier, using Coaxial cable.

Input Selection: Use the mini switch to select input from Coaxial or Toslink.

Power: Plug the power supply into AC100 unit and connect the adaptor to AC wall outlet.

Power LED: The LED will illuminate when the power supply is connected.
