BUILDING ONE'S WORK ECOSYSTEM: WHAT WE MEAN BY THAT

BUILDING ONE'S WORK ECOSYSTEM: POSSIBLE DIRECTIONS

WHAT IF…

… We invented "Self-HR Management", including workplace quality & security, career management, evaluation, multiple activities-management, etc.?

… We tried to make immaterial work more explicit, tangible, visible and understandable?

… We started rethinking work communities beyond the office and the enterprise, and with a "lifelong" approach?

… We designed the individuals' typical "backpack" for an autonomous, yet connected and involved work life?
