Chef has prepared a deliciousset menu highlighting some of the freshest seafood Phukethas to offer.

The Andaman Catch special includes a whole sea bass prepared in your choice of three traditional recipes such as deep fried and served with fish sauce, palm sugar and chili relish. Steamed with garlic and lemon, chili, palm sugar and coriander root. Or wrapped in banan leaf and grilled with fragrant Thai herbs. With an entree of tiger prawns straight from the grill and our signature “Lon” of blue crab and ground pork simmered in cocnut milk. Accompanied by sides of wok fired jasmine rice with crab meat and a selection of local green vegetables. Finish with the ever popular “Kao niew mamuang” Sweet mango and sticky rice.
