important to catch these thoughts before

they get out of hand and you start to take

action. Don't let embarrassment stand in

the way of you trying to tell someone

what been going on. Take immediate

action and talk to somebody as soon as it

happens.

When people don't understand the facts

about suicide and depressive illnesses,

they may respond in ways that can cut

off communication and worsen their

feelings. That's what make it important to

find someone you trust and can talk to

honestly about everything you had

experimented. It's also why your mental

health professional is an important

resource in helping you and your family.

Things they would say:

They would try to say stuff like it s too late now I can't go on. I have nothing to live for. I'm just so tired of life. No one cares about what happens to me. There is nothing left to do. What's the use. They won't have to deal with me. I'm at the end of my rope. They're better off without me. I just want the pain to stop. Nobody gets me. You just don't understand!
