Dipl.-Ing. Jan-Gerd Kühling is the co-founder of ETLog Health GmbH and senior expert for the complete field of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) of the healthcare sector. His specialization is environmental infection control (EIC). He managed successfully more than 50 projects on EIC, injection safety (IS), healthcare waste (HCW), sanitation and the reprocessing of medical instruments (sterilization, CSSD). Clients included private companies, governmental organizations (KfW, GTZ, EBRD, EAR, etc.) as well as non- governmental and international organizations (WHO, World Bank, ADB, Caritas, etc.). Next to Germany, his projects were located in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Overall, he worked until today in more than 35 different countries. Mr. Kühling has extensive experiences in the developing and implementing of sustainable management strategies, concepts and development plans. Additionally, he is experienced in the set up of management guidelines, technical guidelines, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Code of Practices (CoP) and policies. Due to his understanding of different development levels in different countries, he is able to implement adapted and sustainable solutions.
