Born in China, German by origin and with combined work and study experience in 6 countries spread over 2 continents, Michael is a true global citizen serving as a bridge between the Eastern and Western hemisphere. After gaining experience in supply chain development for the

automotive and machine building sector, he has been engaging as Lead Consultant in executive searches in Asia since 2008.

Apart from working on client projects, Michael is also in charge of training Researchers and Consultants in talent management, profiling, client industry know-how, research process management, interviewing skills, and salary negotiations.

Jane has worked as a professional and executive in leading international companies in the field of HR and Learning & Development for over 25 years. She has worked with corporations including Coca-Cola, Intel, and PepsiCo.

As an HR and OD advisor, Jane has been instrumental in setting up talent systems and processes to uplift organization capabilities. She works with top leadership on areas such as leadership transition, building culture, executive coaching, change management/facilitation, succession

Gabor is a co-author of the Trait-Map Personality Assessment, MQ Motivation Questionnaire, OD-Map and some other instruments of the OD-Tools suite. He balances R&D work with delivering Assessment Center and Leadership Development projects.

Arne is a digital entrepreneur since 14 years, working in e-learning for over 12 years. He is a pioneer in LMS solutions, mobile learning and digital learning content. He worked previously in Germany’s stock listed Internet agencies as an employee (up to Managing Director) for 9

years prior founding his own company in 2002.

His focus lies on the combination of modern web technologies, content development and user experience, employing user tracking for improvements in digital learning. He has contributed for major brands in several sectors (Banking, Telecommunication, FMCG, Consumer

Electronic, Automotive, etc.) and he is always keen to share his digital experience with clients.
