Paul Flatley, DO, FACEP is the

Founder and CEO of Direct2MD.

In addition to his responsibilities

at Direct2MD, Dr. Flatley works in

the Emergency Department for

HonorHealth in Scottsdale where

he served as Medical Director

where he servedChair from 2010 to

2016. Dr. Flatley attended medical

school at Midwestern University

in Chicago prior to completing his

residency in Emergency Medicine

at Maricopa Medical Center in

Phoenix. Dr. Flatley was chief

resident of his graduating class and

also received recognition for Most

Outstanding Resident, having been

nominated by both his colleagues

and Attending physicians. He

currently serves as the emergency

physician for the Arizona Coyotes.

Scott Mara Chief Strategy Officer

Scott Mara grew up in Mesa,

Arizona and currently lives

in Phoenix with his wife and

three children. He studied

communications and business

at Arizona State University

and proceeded to work in the

finance and insurance industry

for Prudential. Mr. Mara founded

Celara Shirt Laundry in 1995 and

after 20 years as President and

CEO, he decided to follow his

dream and enter the health care

industry as the Chief Strategy

Officer at Direct2MD.

Mike Wissink COO, Partner

Mike Wissink is a partner and

COO of Direct2MD. Mr. Wissink

was previously a founder

and owner of two equipment

financing firms, Trio Capital and

Paramount Financial, and a

promotions and awards company

in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has

been involved in ELA, NAELB,

and ASBA associations and

remains active in several local

philanthropic organizations. Mr.

Wissink received his BS at the

University of Arizona.
