• Support Services: Provided by HOME Choice or other Medicaid waiver program

• Unit Creation: Designated through LIHTC program or eligible existing units

• Unit Goal: 485 units by 2023, as noted in the Cooperative Agreement

• Tenant Matching: Referral process through SocialServe database

811 & ODMSD Roundtable

Strategy Session811 & ODMSD Roundtable

Strategy Session

• Guaranteed income from rental subsidy at 50% AMI rents

• Guaranteed subsidy for five years

• Tenants are supplied to you—no need to seek individuals from target population

• Vacancy payments in case tenants cannot be matched

• Supportive services paid for by Medicaid, not the owner

Owner Benefits

Disability Integration Roundtable811 & ODMSD Roundtable
