Implementation and Knowledge Transfer Plan

• 2 Volunteers will travel to affected districts and train the named official at DC level

• 1 Pilot Districts will kick-off on the date decided

• Implementation at the other 14 districts will commence from 3 days after the first districts in a big bang approach

• Parallel to implementation, 2/3 programmers from the e-Governance team will be trained on source code for maintenance and future scope addition
