PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICES We have the understanding and operational experience to deliver quality project outcomes working collaboratively with all stakeholders out of project management offices (PMO). Our multidisciplinary teams are able to provide a consistent and repeatable process for project management, data management, reporting, approvals and acquittal process, management and approval variations, management of contractors and reporting to both local and state government authorities and relevant stakeholders. Cardno has set up and operated out of PMO’s in Gatton, Rockhampton, Mackay and Gladstone.

USE OF CLEVER TECHNOLOGY Cardno has a purpose-built hand-held tablet-based system for managing the large volumes of project data. We developed and implemented the tablet-based system allowing the Cardno team to store, interrogate, amend and add construction data in the field to help in the delivery of crucial projects. The multipurpose system also uses GPS locating and navigating systems to aid the physical locating of defects in the field.

The success of the system, processes, software and hardware have resulted in broader use on the North Burnett Regional Council project by local and state government authorities and civil contractors. Importantly, our assessment system can be linked to any data format including those used by local and state government authorities.
