The institute is accredited by NAAC with grade A. The Institute has been accorded Autonomous Status by UGC for the period from

academic year 2006-2007 to 2011-2012. The Institute was accorded permanent affiliation by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidalaya,

Indore in the year 2000 in the sixth year of its existence. The Institute was recognized by the UGC in the year 2003 under 2(f) and 12(b)

sections of the UGC Act, 1956. The MBA (Full Time) program offered by the Institute was accredited by National Board

of Accreditation, AICTE, New Delhi in the year 2003. PIMR is the first management Institute to have achieved this status in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and West Bengal. The Institute was reaccrediated by NBA and enjoys accreditation for its MBA(FT) program for the Year 2006-2009.

To assess quality and strengths, the Institute participates in B-School Surveys conducted by various business magazines/agencies in the country, including those supported by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. This helps the Institute to compare itself with the best on the parameters like infrastructure, intellectual capital, governance and placement.

Ranked consistently “A+” by AIMA and among top 30 B Schools in India by Business India, Mint C-Fore Surveys to name a few.

The Institute has signed MOU with 4 Foreign Universities namely Sheffield Hallam University, UK, Mendel University Czech Republic, Mahidol University , Bangkok, Thailand, Tilburg, University,The Netherlands.
