Under French customs law, only the registered owner of thecar, direct ascendants, descendents or spouses may drivethe car. This law has no effect on the vehicle insurance, whichcovers all drivers regardless of the relationship to theregistered owner.Driving Licence: Renault Eurodrive highly recommends theacquisition of an International Drivers Licence for all drivers.Collection of Car: Documentation Required: 1. Passport;2. Drivers Licence ; 3. Copy of Eurodrive Order Form.Insurance documents will be issued upon delivery of thevehicle. All Vehicles are supplied left hand drive and fittedwith standard tyres.– When driving in Winter its the responsibility of each driver

to respect the legal requirements in place in each Europeancountry visited.

– Our insurance cover remains the same regardless ofwhether the car is equipped with snow tyres or not.

– If you decide to purchase your own snow tyres you mustreturn the car with its original standard tyres, otherwiseyou will be billed for them.

Fuel : All vehicles, delivered outside Paris centre, will besupplied with 10 litres of fuel.Final Payment: Your order should be finalised in full atthe time of your reservation. Late return of lease formsmay delay the delivery of your vehicle. For bookings withinsix weeks of collection, please contact our office.Period of Use : Vehicles may be leased from all of ourlocations for a maximum period of 170 days with thefollowing exceptions : Milan-Brest-Amsterdam-Madrid-Santiago-Vigo-Barcelona-Rome-Zurich: 165 days. – Munich-London: 155 days. Lisbonne-Porto: 90 days within Portugal.Please Note: Days are calculated on calendar days, not 24hour periods. All vehicles are manual transmission unlessotherwise noted.Refunds: No refunds will be paid for the early return ofvehicle.Deliveries and Returns: Deliveries and returns within Franceare free, however charges are applicable to other Europeancities. Please contact our office for full depot details.Returns: The return of a vehicle to a centre other than thatindicated on the customer’s Eurodrive contract will result inadditional charges to the customer.What are the Additional Costs : The Renault EurodriveProgram is a tax free sale with buy back agreement. Afteryou pay for your lease in your home country, your only othercosts are petrol/diesel. Tolls and Motorway charges are notincluded.Safety Kit: Mandatory safety jacket and triangle are includedin all Eurodrive lease vehicles.Servicing Costs: As with any vehicle, service costs are theresponsibility of the owner of the vehicle.The Renault 2017 model range require their first servicebetween 20,000 and 30,000 kms (see model specifications).

Extension of Contract Period : While travelling you canarrange an extension by contacting Renault RCD Paris.Extensions will be calculated using RCD tariff rates and canbe as much as double pre-booked rates. Notice of intentionto extend must be given at least 2 weeks prior to the expirydate of the original period, and should include a returnaddress so that updated insurance papers can be forwardedto you. If the extension is not paid for, the vehicle will onlybe insured for the initial period.Cancellation and Amendment: An administration charge of$100 in addition to the set cancellation fees will be appliedupon the cancellation of a confirmed booking within sixweeks of the collection date. These Additional fees may beas high as $1000.00 to cover costs such as registration,insurance, customs compliance, transportation and any otheradministration costs which have been incurred in theprocessing of the booking. If you amend any details of your reservation within30 days of collection, the amendment will be made subjectto availability and will incur a minimum fee of $450. Pleasecheck with our office for any details regarding an amendmentto your reservation details.Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you consultwith an insurance broker or travel agent regarding appropriatetravel insurance protection.Responsibility: All information contained in this publication was correct as at the date of printing. Renault Eurodrive Insurance and Assistance does not coverKosovo, Byelorussia, Moldavia, Russia, Ukraine and theTurkish part of Cyprus.

Just like your local full comprehensive insurance policy, youare covered for accident damage, theft, vandalism and thirdparty injury to occupants in the car including in mostinstances, the driver. There are NO ADDITIONAL collisionwaiver costs.

Please note that should your vehicle be delayed or incur amechanical breakdown, Renault Eurodrive will, subject tothe terms of the Assistance Program, arrange for areplacement rental vehicle or accommodation on your behalfuntil your vehicle has been repaired at the initial place ofdelay. Further details of the Renault Assistance Program areavailable on request from our office.

Customers who travel in a country that is not mentioned inthe above list of insured countries do so at their own riskand shall assume full responsibility for any incidents duringthe course of their travels in these uninsured countries.

Eurodrive Serenity Insurance: All improper use causingdamages on rims and/or wheel cover will not be refund.Improper use: if red or orange lights appear on dashboard,customer must stop and call assistance for procedure. Ifnot, all damages will be charged. In case the customer doesnot go to a garage, it becomes an improper use, so the repairswill be paid by the customer and not be refund.

Customers Reimbursment: The only customers who canbe reimbursed for costs are those who would have calledthe assistance for agreement at +33 (0) 1 84 95 96 97.Generaly speaking, the assistance pays for costs directly forthe customers. No refund is available if the client does notsend the accident report.

Privacy: Renault Eurodrive recognises the importance ofyour privacy. We collect personal information to processbookings and may use details we collect for marketingcommunications made by us and the Renault group ofcompanies either in Australia or overseas as well as forresearch and analysis purposes. We will not sell yourinformation, nor make it available to other businesses withoutyour consent. (We may use external contractors, such asmail houses, who may have access to your personalinformation, but only subject to strict privacy rules.)
