In order for us to begin your spa journey with a Pondo welcome touch

– please arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment time

to enjoy this complimentary treatment. No-shows will be charged in full.

Relax between or after treatments on our beautiful Relaxation Deck,

surrounded by the blissful sound of the birds and the tranquil views

of the ocean. Stocked with herbal teas, magazines and books.

Late arrivals for treatments may result in reduction of time of treatment

whilst the full treatment fee will apply. 12 hour notice is required to

reschedule or cancel bookings. Cancellation (without rebooking) after

this time will result in a 50% fee being charged. Please alert your therapist

if you are pregnant, have any allergies, are on medication, and suffer from

any joint injury or health conditions we should know about. Gift vouchers

for that special someone are available for purchase at the hotel or spa
