Terms & Conditions

- Promotion period: September 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020

- The promotion is VALID only for members in their LOCAL COUNTRIES, purchasing with LOCAL

COUNTRY PRODUCTS with their LOCAL COUNTRY CODES.

- All participants must achieve the targets in 6 months out of a total of 7 months.

- All participants must maintain 60 PV & 180 GPV each month during the promotion month,

including the break month.

- The targets that each participant must achieve are determined based on their rank at the

beginning of the promotion period. If a participant advances to a higher rank during the promotion period

this does not change the targets that must be achieved. The target will follow the STARTING RANK.

- Qualifications / Achievers for the code are NOT TRANSFERABLE and NOT CASH REDEEMABLE.

- It is the responsibility of the achievers to obtain valid passports and visas (if needed) before the

Malaysia trip. Gano Excel shall not be responsible for providing passports and visas (if needed) for

Malaysia for the achievers. All costs for the passports and visas must be paid by the achievers.

- The company has the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice in any case of

unforeseen circumstances.

CONDITION # 1

Conditions for DD (Diamond Director) rank and BELOW (M, D, RD):

- In order to qualify for the promotion for 2 tickets, members with the rank of DD or BELOW must

maintain 2 Groups with 1500 TGPV per month for 6 months out of a total of 7 months (prize: 2 Tickets for

Conditions for SDD (Silver Diamond Director) rank and ABOVE (GDD, CDD, RCA, PCA):

- In order to qualify for the promotion for 1 ticket, members with the rank of SDD must maintain

- In order to qualify for the promotion for 2 tickets, members with the rank of SDD must maintain

2 Groups with 2300 TGPV per month for 6 months out of a total of 7 months (prize: 2 Tickets for Discover

- In order to qualify for the promotion for 1 ticket, members with the rank of GDD, CDD, RCA or

PCA must maintain 3 Groups with 2000 TGPV per month for 6 months out of a total of 7 months (prize: 1

- In order to qualify for the promotion for 2 tickets, members with the rank of GDD, CDD, RCA or

PCA must maintain 3 Groups with 3800 TGPV per month for 6 months out of a total of 7 months (prize: 2

Tickets for Discover the world of Gano Excel – Ganoderma Discovery Centre, Penang, Kuala Lumpur)

CONDITION # 2

Conditions for all ranks

- A 10% increase in TGPV over the duration of the promotion.

- During the break month, the TGPV must not go below 50% of the opening target.

Example:

If the opening TGPV per month = 10.000 (average of past 6 months from March 2019 to August 2019):

Target TOTAL TGPV to achieve by March 31, 2020 = 71.000 TGPV

(10.000 TGPV x 6 months x 1.10) + (10.000 TGPV x 1 x 0.50) = 66.000 TGPV + 5.000 = 71.000 TGPV

CONDITION # 3

New member registrations with ESP 2 packs (for members with the rank of DD and ABOVE)

In addition to the previous conditions, in order to qualify, members with the rank of DD and ABOVE must

also register a minimum number of new members using ESP 2 packs during the 7 months duration of the

promotion, as follows:

new member registrations using ESP 2 packs in 2 different groups down to a maximum depth of 10

generations

- Members with the rank of GDD / CDD / RCA / PCA must have 3 new member registrations using

ESP 2 packs PLUS 3 new member registrations using ESP 2 packs PLUS 1 new member registration using

ESP 2 packs in 3 different groups down to a maximum depth of 10 generations
