• Valid passports are required for all travelers

• Passports may take up to eight weeks to process

• Non-U.S. citizens may require special visas or other travel documents

• $150 due 30 days later

• $300 payment plus any unpaid insurance on 8/30/09

• Tour Balance due 110 days prior to departure
