3. 12 participants will be selected for theprogram. All others will be considered forfuture programs.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS Candidates must:

Agree to a background check and drug test before starting program.

Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Be able to lift 75 lbs.

Be physically capable in attics and in a high temperature environment.
