Our Group Risk benefits, referred to as the Group Risk Life Plan, can be customised to suit the particular needs of employers and employees. Employers can choose the amount of protection they want to provide for their employees, and the selected cover can be supplemented with additional cover. Any employees that are on the Discovery Health Medical Scheme KeyCare plan, and contribute according to the lowest income band of that plan, receive a KeyCare Funeral Plan. This funeral plan is underwritten by Discovery Life. The KeyCare Funeral Plan is automatically included at no cost to your company or to the qualifying employees, in an effort to provide extra financial security to their families in the unfortunate event of loss of life.
