Family night, building playgrounds, working with the Town Farm and two showcase nights a year.
Environmental Studies The school has 9
acres which allows children to have hands-on opportunities for planning gardening harvesting recycling, forest study, sustainability and related research.

Monarch Waystation By providing milkweeds,
nectar plants and shelter for monarchs the Discovery School became an official Monarch Waystation.
Children planted and took care of their way station.
This garden allows children to study the life cycle of the butterfly.
