Stomach cancer, also called gastric cancer, is amalignant tumor arising from the lining of thestomach.Stomach cancer cells can spread by breakingaway from the original tumor. They enter blood vessels

or lymph vessels, which branch into all the tissues ofthe body. The cancer cells may be found in lymphnodes near the stomach. The cancer cells may attach toother tissues and grow to form new tumors that may

damage those tissues.

The cause of appendicitis relates to blockage ofthe inside of the appendix, known as thelumen. The blockage leads to increased
