As the units are modular, they can beadded to and re-configured. The unique range of aluminium frame profiles, componentsand accessories, such as plasma brackets, literature holders and a range of bases offer yougreat flexibility too.

In Addition to all the other display solutions, we also provide a full free build exhibition standservice for when your budget will allow for more than a bannerstand, pop-up display or largeformat exhibition graphics. Given enough time, budget and imagination, almost anything is possible.

We can help you with everything from the initial meeting, floor plans, risk assessments and planning,to design, production, installation and removal. We will help you design your stand, to make surethat you get the perfect end product - to promote your company.

As all our work is designed and produced in-house, we can oversee every part of the process,liaising with you and creating a stand that is both eye-catching and creative, giving your companythe right style and feel. All that is left then is to arrive at the venue and build. Making sureeverything is correct beforehand helps us to have an efficient and straight forward build readyto hand over to yourselves in plenty of time before the show opens. You can then settle intothe stand and be fully prepared for your first potential client. Once the show is over we willdismantle the stand and take it back to our offices where it is then cleaned, wrapped, collatedand stored in our storage facilities ready for your next event.

The process begins with the initial meeting between Exhibit One and yourself where we sit down and discuss your aims, requirements and ideas you have for the shape and feel of your stand

Our design team then can take over, drawing up floor plans and 3D eleva-tions for you to sign off. Once this has been completed then we can start work on designing the graphics with images and text from you to make sure you get the right look and feel for your stand

All the final designs will then be sent to you for approval prior to production to make sure you are completely happy.

Now we can start production, print-ing on our large format printers onto high quality 200 micron photosilk paper to give a strong and effective colour and really make your designs stand out

The prints are then taken from the printers to our finishing room where they are matt laminated with 150 micon laminate for protecting and anti-glare. Then they are mounted onto a 5mm think foamex board for strength

Once mounted the graphics are ready to be cut down to size and finished off to a high quality

Now construction can begin, we dry build all our stands at our offices prior to your event to make sure every-thing fits as it should and the finish is perfect. At Exhibit One we build our free build stands out of a system called ‘Sodem’ which is available in many different profiles and finishes for you to choose from to make sure you get the right feel and look.

We start off with the floor, generally we advise on having a raised floor with a high quality carpet and skirt-ing, giving your stand extra presence and inviting people to step into your stand.

Once the floor has been built then the Sodem can erected, slotting together with a flush professional finish

The following are examples of a tower to show the step by step process. We start inserting the graphics, the graphics slide into the groves in the Sodem to create a perfect graphic systems.

Now the lower level of graphics have been inserted we can insert the top beams to create a complete aluminum frame around the graphic.

Next step is to insert the shelving unit which is perfect for displaying your company brochures, pens, sweets or a stylish display of your products.

There are many different options of shelving that we can produce for you. In this example we have shown a black leatherette finished shelf but almost anything is possible, ranging from simple wooden shelves to gravel filled shelves to complement your products.

We also try and go for as much height as possible with extensions up to 4 meters. This will mean you will stands out from the others and be able to be seen from all around the exhibition.

The tower is now complete with high impact graphics and shelving unit to display your products.

Lighting is a very important part of finishing your stand, spotlights simply attach to the top and are easily adjust-able, bringing your stand to life.
