Shouldyouexperienceanissue,pleasefollowthestepsbelow.
RetailCustomers
Ifyouexperienceanissueinoneofourstores,pleaseasktospeaktotheManager,whocanresolvemostissuesonthespot.IfyourissueisnotresolvedorifyouwishtocontactTheBeerStoredirectlywithacomplaint,pleasecontactourCustomerContactCentreat1-888-948-2337orcustomerservice@thebeerstore.ca.IftheagentattheContactCentrecannotresolveyourissue,theywillreferthemattertotheappropriateDistrictManager.EithertheStoreManagerorDistrictManagerwillcontactyoutotrytoresolvethematter.Ifnecessary,theymayinvolvetheirGeneralManagerorVice-President.
