  • Assignment You will be dissecting a song looking for the poetry elements we have been discussing. You will create a PowerPoint Presentation with at least eight slides. The presentation must include the following items: Title Slide will contain the title of your song and your heading. Image Slide will contain an image and explanation as to why you chose this song. Last 6 Slides will contain examples of at least six poetry elementspoetry elements. You choose the six poetry elements. Back

  • Onomatopoeia and Alliteration Onomatopoeia Onomatopoeia is the use of words whose sounds echo their meaning, as cuckoo or boom. Alliteration Alliteration is the repetition of consonant sounds at the beginning of two or more nearby words, as in apt alliteration's artful aid. Back
