I n t r o d u c t i o n t o t h e r e p o r t
This report documents the work carried out related to:
• Task 7.2 regarding website, publicity and social networks • Task 7.3 regarding the liaison with other initiatives.
The organisation of a final event (Task 7.4) is also planned within work package 7 and a full report will be made in D7.4 for year 3. Task 7.1 was related to the production of a dissemination plan, already delivered in Month 3 (refer to D7.1).
The aim of this work package 7 is to ensure maximum awareness of the project’s activities with relevant communication actions, creation of links with other initiatives and organisation of and participation to relevant events.
The following report deals with all ENERFUND partners’ activities in this field during the first year of activities. It focuses especially on:
• The project’s website and social media. • The press release announcing the launch of the project. • The production of two newsletters focusing on the project’s activities, translated
in national languages and sent to the partners’ networks and also through a common contact database.
• ENERFUND partners’ participation to relevant events related to energy efficiency and buildings’ refurbishment where the project was presented and contacts with key stakeholders were established.
It should be noted here that, if activities in terms of dissemination have been dense in this first year of implementation, these will be considerably stepped up as the project moves towards a more operational phase, with concrete achievements and public deliverable.

A website dedicated to the project was designed and went public at month 3 of implementation (April 2016), as was foreseen in the proposal. This website focuses especially on the latest news regarding the project, on energy efficiency and buildings issues and on resources available to the general public, including relevant deliverables from the ENERFUND project. It will help to inform key stakeholder and to get them involved in the completion of ENERFUND’s objectives.
At the time this report was written, the website already recorded 2488 sessions.

Regarding the former, at the end of January 2017, 1653 people liked the project’s page and this should increase considerably in the next month as the project shows more
concrete results, with enhanced dissemination activities.
In total, 33 news were posted in this first year of project implementation. These news were related to some of the project’s activities (meetings, presentation of the advisory board, updates on activities), to energy efficiency in buildings and to specific events.

N e w s l e t t e r s
As was foreseen at the beginning, two newsletters were produced for the first year of implementation. The first one was produced in April 2016 and focused on the project(s launch, the involvement of key stakeholders, as well as on presenting the members of the advisory board. The design of the newsletter was based on ENERFUND’s logo to keep a strong visual identity. It was also decided to only have short contents to ensure that it delivers key messages in the most effective and attractive way.
9 D7.4 - Report on Dissemination activities 2016 ©ENERFUND

It also describes some of ENERFUND’s activities during the European Sustainability week in Barcelona and the 22nd Conference of Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP22) in Marrakesh.
