• Attendance of two members (from each club) at a district Rotary Foundation grant management seminar

• Agreement with the club memorandum of understanding (MOU)

• Submission of a signed club MOU to District Rotary Foundation Comm. Chair

• District Club Grant funds will only be paid to the club after the completion and submission of the final/interim report

• Clubs must submit reports on the use of District Grant funds every 6 months and a final report within 30 days of a completed project including all receipts.
