impressions. It’s also a handbook for me to use when I want to concoct my favorite recipes for my friends while on my travels or at events. It is a notebook full of recipes with simple, but surprising twists, for a truly unique cocktail experience…
4,5 cl (1 ½ oz) Cointreau4,5 cl (1 ½ oz) silver tequila3 cl (1 oz) fresh lemon juice
1,5 cl (½ oz) monin rose syrup
Mix the ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake well and pour into a chilled glass.
Decorate with fresh rose petals.
My twist: 1 pinch of Chipotle chilli to set the fire ablaze (…but only gently!)

I have been dreaming of this break for months… a relaxing holiday in Cabo San Lucas. Who could imagine such a beautiful setting without a wonderfully chilled Cointreau MargaDita?
5 cl (1 ½ oz) Cointreau2 cl (¾ oz) lemon juice
3 cl (1 oz) cranberry juice
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and pour into a chilled martini glass.
My twist: add a champagne top for a divinely royal touch!

10 cl (3 oz) soda water
Into the glass: squeeze the wedges of½ lime, fill the glass with ice and add
Cointreau and top off with soda water.
My twists: Garnish with thin orange wedges. Add a pinch of cinnamon for a feminine touch...
as much or as little you prefer.
Australia, an immense country that I have yet to explore completely, but that I love to visit and delight in the caress of a Cointreau Fizz.

3 cl (1 oz) Cointreau3 cl (1 oz) lemon juice
3 cl (1 oz) Rémy Martin VSOP cognac
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and pour into a chilled martini glass.
My twist: add a fresh cherry in the bottom of the glass for a more colorful cocktail.

This evening is the presentation of my new show in New York. It’s a magical city! After a show, there’s nothing I like better than enjoying a side car with my cast mates.

4 cl (1,3 oz) Cointreau2 cl (¾ oz) apple juice
1,5 cl (½ oz) monin violet syrup1,5 cl (½ oz) fresh lemon juice
Rim the glass with ginger.Blend all the ingredients in a shaker chilled with ice.
Shake well and pour into a well-chilled glass.
My twist: add a real edible violet to top off the decoration.
Paris will always be Paris, and I will always be in love with this fantastic city that reminds me of the scent of violets. Have a Cointreau Teese and experience my glamorous Paris.

In a boston shaker glass : add Cointreau, tea, lime juice, mint leaves – Fill with ice. Shake until the metal
tin is frosted. Strain into the glass over ice, and topoff with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
My twist: add a pinch of exotic, elegant ginger.
I love to have tea-time at my Paris apartment on Sunday afternoons for my friends, but with a lively twist!

My favorite refreshing cocktail
5 cl (1 ½ oz) Cointreau1,5 cl (½ oz) fresh lime juice
4 to 5 fresh strawberries5 cl (½ oz) soda water
Muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker. Add Cointreau and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake until the metal tin is frosted. Strain into the glass over
ice, and top off with soda water.
My twists: a pinch of chilli (depending on your mood) for a cocktail with a very dynamic character. Strawberry could be replaced by raspberry.
What’s the first thing I do when I arrive in Japan? I wrap myself in a gorgeous silk kimono, dazzle myself with the lights of the city and enjoy a Cointreau Fizz Strawberry with sweet pepper.

5 cl (1 ½ oz) Cointreau2 cl (¾ oz) fresh lime juice
3 cm (1 inch) fresh cucumber4 fresh basil leaves
5 cl (½ oz) soda water
In a boston shaker glass: muddle the cucumber dices with basil leaves, add Cointreau and lime juice –
Fill with ice. Shake until the metal tin is frosted. Strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water.
My twist: a few fresher than fresh basil leaves!
Rome mi amor! Its pavement cafes, its pavement cafes, and its pavement cafes... I never get tired of these when I visit one of the most elegant cities in the world!
