Diversity and Inclusion(Different threads, one weave) Diversity means a workforce with a variety of personal characteristics. These include; Similarities and Differences in gender Nationalities, Thinking and Working styles, Abilities And all other differences that makes a person unique Inclusion means ways of working together where all profiles and forms of diversity are bringing their unique value. This is supported by; A mindsets Behaviors and Processes which value differences among colleagues Individuals with an inclusive approach create an open and safe working environment Since we are now living in a global village, the need to honour diversity and create inclusive environments cannot be sidelined. In fact studies over the last couple of years show the variations in productivity of the organizations which practice diversity compared to the ones that don’t. The focus of Tatvã Leadership Diversity and Inclusion agenda is to create inclusivity and gender sensitization among all levels of employees. diversity and linking it to business results to a point where we finally track and measure changes with

We offer a unique methodology of Interactive Theatre to create awareness and sensitize the

workforce to the need of creating an inclusive culture. These workshops are conducted on the

foundation of unconscious biases and they provide a safe platform for individuals to collectively

participate and explore perceptions and attitudes which hamper diversity.
