RIX International, LLC was founded in 2002 by Ricky L. Tucker. After more than twenty-five years of interviewing, hiring, training, developing people and leading teams, Ricky realized the vast amount of untapped human potential within organizations, large corporations and smaller companies. As a result, Ricky pursued his dream and launched RIX International, LLC in Indianapolis, IN as an Executive Coaching Firm.

About the Author

Gwendolyn J. Tucker held successive roles in Fortune 500 companies in the paper industry for more than twenty-five years. She has experience in Accounting, Internal Audit, Customer Service, Information Technology, Change Management and Training. She received her designation as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio in 1992. She has experience in Human Resources with a concentration in Diversity, Inclusion and Sensitivity Training. She is a skilled facilitator and trainer. Gwendolyn served as co-chair of the Chairman’s Diversity Council for a Fortune 100 company and led the diversity effort within a division with 9,000+ employees. During her career she has been responsible for leading and managing others, and believes beyond doubt that people are our most valuable untapped asset.
