Natural zeolites
Photograph of about 2 billion years old Natrolite (left) and Stilbite (right) from Faroe Islands and Sweden.
Our strongest research area is structured zeolites
Zeolite films on stainless steelThe photograph shows FAU films on stainless steel. The film thickness varies between the samples, resulting in varying interference colors.
Zeolite film on silicon The photograph shows a silicalite-1 film on a polished silicon wafer. The film results interference color.
The group has developed a new three step (A-C) method for film preparation.
Top view and side view images of adsorbed crystals after step B.
Top view and side view images of a film after step C.
