Before you begin I will not be held liable for any injuries you may get sustain during the use or building of this ground blind. I am selling these plans strictly to help those who do not want to spend the time designing one and who don’t want to pay the outrageous prices for one to be built. I will not be held liable in any way shape or form if you choose to build this hunting blind. I have tried to make the steps as easy and safe as I can but I do not have any control over the quality of the materials used, the craftsmanship, and how safely you work.

An estimated materials list:

(37) 2x4’s 8ft long (4) 2x6’s 8ft long (5) 4’x8’ sheets of plywood/osb board (4) 30” x 15” Plexiglass windows (optional) (5) lbs of 2 ½” wood screws(1) lbs of 1 ½” wood screws (attaching plywood to studs) (2) tubes of construction adhesive (optional) (1) bundle of shingles if you choose to cover the roof

When I built this I ran me roughly $140 total for everything. Prices may very but it is still a value compared to the prebuilt ones.

On a side note if you would like to keep warmer you can also add insulation to the inside of the walls for extra added protection. Also if you used OSB board I would recommend painting it a dark color to seal out the moister.
