RRY invites sealed Tenders for running the following shops inside the Group

Centre premises on contract basis for a period of 11 Months from the date of

Contract agreement (liable to be extended). Hence, suitable and willing

Person’s/Firms, to send their quotation/ documents/ Expression of Interest

(EOI) for making contract for each shop separately prescribed for shop. For

He should also ensure that the rates are properly displayed

Due to health hazard any stale meat or diseased material

should not be kept in stall. It should be discarded/disposed

on daily basis.

FOR MUTTON SHOP

Only fresh Goat meat purchased form Govt. authorised

slaughter houses and certified meat to be sold inside the

Stall itself.

Any deviation if found the contract permission will be

rescinded immediately without any notice.

Due to health hazard any old or stale meat should not be

kept in stall, it should be cleaned on daily basis.

He should maintain proper hygiene of the shop and its

surrounding

Appendix-’B’

(C) GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR EACH SHOP

1 Preference will be given to widows of CRPF personnel killed in action while on operational

duty.

2 Widows of personnel of CRPF only will be given 25% concession on the Premium only and

not against General rent to be charged which is common to all bidders. The other charges

viz. rental of shop, water and electricity bill as per approved government rate will be

charged.

For example, if Rent is Rs. 4000/- and Premium(Rebate) is Rs. 999/-received from General

Bidders, then out of which war widows quoting 750/- against Premium (Rebate) will be

eligible for allotment. However, She will be required to pay Rs. 4000/- in addition to

Premium.

3 Auction will be held on the day of Bids opening for vendor shops at 1400 hrs. Hence all the Tenderers are

requested participate in the auction process, without fail. The successful and eligible bidder fo r each shop who

ever pays maximum rebate in addit ion to rent and other charges will be g iven the priority for handing over shop

on lease for 11 months. In case if any widow of CRPF personnel killed in action competes in one auction, she

will be g iven top priority amongst other civilians. In this aspect, all rights are reserved with DIGP, GC RRY at

his discretion in allotment or scrapping of tender always process without assigning any reason.

4 Bidder should pay the rent of shop, water and electricity and other charges as per approved

government rate.

5 Firm should deposit EMD as mentioned above along with the quotation. The EMD money is

acceptable in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft. Fixed Deposit Receipt, Banker’s

Cheque or Bank Guarantee from any of the commercial banks drawn in favour of THE

DIGP, GROUP CENTRE, CRPF, Rangareddy . Cash EMD will not be accepted.

Bankers : SBI, Branch – SBI GC CRPF RRY { Telangana} (Code No.18841, IFSC –

SBIN0018841). Tender/contract documents without EMD will be summarily re jected.

6 The earnest money of the successful tenderer shall be returned after the security deposit as

required in terms of the contract is furnished by the tenderer.

7 Earnest money deposits of all the unsuccessful Tenderers will be returned as early as possible after the expiry of bid’s validity, but not later than 30 days after placement of contract

8 Successful bidder should pay Rs. 30,000/- as refundable security deposit for which no

interest will be paid. The department retains the right to forfeit/deduct the amount from

security deposit in case of any damage/loss to the building or breach of contract in any

manner.

9 The shop will be opened within 7 days from the date of finalization of tender

11 Selling rate and charges of items indicated in each shop should not be higher than market

rate MRP/MSP. If any deviations noticed by competent authority the contract will be

cancelled.

12 If the Allottee withdraw the contract before the contract period the Security money will be

forfeited. However the refund can be considered by Competent Authority, only on genuine

grounds

13 The Allottee should maintain high class hygienic and sanitation of shop as well shop premises. He should not put any things beyond the limit of his shop.

14 The Allottee allowed for selling all kinds of fresh high quality /standard items only ( Not

allowed inferior/substandard quality)

15 The Allottee should be able to make agreements (MOU) on Revenue stamp paper.

16 The Allottee should be able to accept all kind of legal action in future in case any legal matter arise.

17 Selling of items and providing services as per contract in shop only. Not allowed to sell in

family quarter/Barracks/Residential area.

18 Decision of DIGP GC RRY will be final and binding in all matters

19 The Allottee should submit full details of address with police verification

20 Willing contactor should furnish the required information as per appendix –‘A’.

21 Permitted vehicle and labour only allowed in this campus.

22 Firefighting equipments should be installed in shops

23 The Allottee shall ensure that the Price of items is displayed in front the shop and they should sell the items as per the rates displayed. He should also ensure that the rates should be

displayed in the board in a uniform pattern as is done in the case of other shop and the resultant cost will be borne by the contactor.

24 No child labour should be allowed.

25 The Allottee can be taken the assistance of his employees for whom proper gate pass will be issued by AC (Genl) on his request and subject to security checks, when they are entering

into / going out of the campus in view of the security reason.

26 The shop will be allowed to open in between 0700 AM to 0900 PM as per convenience of Shop keepers. Only Pharmacy is allowed to be opened at an additional hours.

27 The Allottee will abide by the CRPF campus rules/ regulations and other security

instructions issued from time to time.

28 The department will have no responsibility on the loan taken by them to run the shop as well

as any loss/theft/fire/damage etc.

29 In case of any deviation is observed in the sale rates, the contract shall be liable to be

terminated and he should vacate the shop immediately.

30 Subletting is not permissible.

31 No any alteration in the building without the written permission from DIGP- cum - estate

officer of Group Centre is allowed.

32 In the event of any question, dispute or difference arising under the agreement or in

connection therewith the same shall be referred to the DIGP Group Centre, CRPF

Rangareddy who will be the final adjudicator.

33 The Tenderer should submit the tender within proper sealed envelope duly endorsing full

address of the firm, tender notice number, date of the tender. Due date and time should be

written in bold letter on the top of the envelope.
