MOTION FOR LEAVE TO USE LAP-TOP COMPUTER AT FEBRUARY 28, 2011

ORAL ARGUMENT HEARING

Lawrence W. Sinclair, Defendant, pro se, respectfully moves this Court for Leave to Use

Lap-Top Computer at February 28, 2011 Oral Arguments Hearing.

Pursuant to the Courthouse rules:

All other visitors must check their electronic devices with

cameras or recording capabilities at the entrances unless authorized

in advance and in writing by a judge or court unit executive.

Sinclair respectfully request written permission from this Honorable Court in compliance

with the Entry Requirements for the Perryman Courthouse and Bryant Annex authorizing

Sinclair to enter with his camera and recording capable Lap-Top Computer on February 28,

2011. Sinclair assures this Honorable Court that the camera and recording capabilities of his

Lap-Top will remain in the off position at all times during the Oral Arguments hearing and at no

time will Sinclair violate the rules of this court.
