How do you deal with change?

Do changes paralyze you or motivate you?

It is amazing how much stress can occur over a bite or two of carrots or peas

It is called Food Neophobia

Almost 80 percent of kids inherit a fear of trying new foods from their parents

If so – Change your attitude!

Do you give cues to kids so they think avoiding some foods is the right thing to do?

Be patient

Kids will try new foods when they are comfortable with them. They may need to be exposed to a new food several times before they even take one little nibble.

Have a positive attitude

Serve new foods to children and expect that they will eventually learn to like them.

You CAN control how you respond to them

You can’t control the events in your life

ENJOY THE RIDE

You only have one ride through life so make the most of it and enjoy it.

Be a Team Member

One person can’t make a team, but one person can break a team.
