• CERTAIN ELEMENTS HAVE A BIGGER “PULL” (HIGHER ELECTRONEGATIVITY) ON ELECTRONS AND CAUSE AN UNEQUAL SHARING OF THE ELECTRONS MAKING THEM POLAR.
