Ben Venom – Artist, creates quilts that are beyond your typical subject matter.

Mark Johnson & Todd Mathiesen started Howling Storm LLC in 2007, and after 10 months of being in their new shop on the Palmer-Wasilla Hwy, businesses is screaming. Howling Storm specializes in fabric work for boats, planes, snow machines and dog sleds. I hope that sewing evolves into a “cool” hobby, and more men join the ranks of George Clooney (yes, he can sew!). In the mean time, sewing is still a skill used by many professional men for more than just fashion.
