1 John 4:18 THERE IS NO FEAR IN LOVE. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. Perfect Love from the Perfect One grants us a spirit of LOVE, POWER and a SOUND MIND.

In His Perfect Love, Jesus took upon Himself our punishment. Perfect Love is the framework within which the Christian life is to be understood and practiced.  Fear is arrested and eliminated by the Love of God.

The Word reveals the Love.

Romans 5:7-9 Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!

The love of God is NOT a license to sin, but a CLARION CALL to live free of fear… There is no fear in love!

1 John 4:16-18 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
