Access the 2020.net or the 20-20 Technologies Website 1. From the menu bar shown below, click Home.
2. Click 2020.net or 20 20 Technologies to access the corresponding website.
Sending Orders
Print an Order Form
Once you have assigned your project design file status as sold, assigned an order number and saved the design project, you can print an order form as follows.
1. Right-click a design file in the Projects/Designs list, then select Order Processing. Or, click Design in the menu bar and select Order Processing.
2. The 20-20 EDI 2.1 window appears.
• If you see information similar to the following, you must first assign partners to your catalogs before printing orders. Click here for more info.

• If your catalogs are already assigned to partners, a screen similar to the following appears with the orders printed.
3. To avoid printing an order without deleting it, uncheck Mark this order to be sent.
4. Click Send Selected Orders at the bottom left to print the selected order(s), then see these topics for more information on the Order Form dialog.

5. Back in the 20-20 EDI 2.1 window, click Return to return to Orders.

General Tab
• Report title identifies or labels the report. You can leave the preset title or type your own. Keep in mind that this field will affect the title located at the top of your printed report. We recommend you use the title case capitalization format in this field.
• Sort order is available in some versions of 20-20, and is used to select the order in which you want the items to appear in the report. Click the drop-down arrow at the end of the field and choose the desired order.
• Show allows you to select the type of description to identify the items that appear on the report. Click the drop-down arrow at the end of this field to make your selection.
• Logo path indicates the file location of the logo, which appears in the top right corner of the report. If you do not want a logo to appear, uncheck Logo in the Include section. To change the logo, type the path of
the proper logo or click the Browse button .
• Include sets the display preferences on the report. To make an item appear on the report, add a check mark to it.
• Group identical items groups identical items on the report.
Pricing Tab
Use the Include section to list the items on the project design that are not available and/or that have a price of 0. When you check a selection, the corresponding type of item is listed on the report.
Use the List section to select the type of prices you want to appear on your report.
If you are using another industry-specific version of 20-20, this tab may vary.
Headers and Footers Tabs
Use these tabs to insert additional information on the report.
The Headers tab consists of two sections. The information you enter in the Report header section appears on the top of the first page of the Report. The information you enter in the Page header appears at the top of each page of the Report, except for the first page.
To enter information, click in the desired header box and type the desired information. To erase the contents of a box, click the Clear button.
The Footers tab consists of two sections. The information you enter in the Report footer section appears at the bottom of the last page of the Report. The information you enter in the Page footer appears at the bottom of each page of the Report.
To enter information, click in the desired footer box and type the desired information. To erase the contents of a box, click the Clear button.
Reset Button
Click Reset to reassign the default values of the report.

View a Report
Once you have chosen all the settings, click the View button to see the report.
If you no longer want to produce this report, click Cancel.
Send an Order via EDI 2020
Use this transmission method for single catalog and single design order processing (same in version 6.X).
1. Right-click a design file in the Projects/Designs list, then select Order Processing. Or, click Design in the menu bar and select Order Processing.
2. The 20-20 EDI 2.1 window appears.
• If you see information similar to the following, you must first assign partners to your catalogs before sending orders. Click here for more info.

5. Enter your password if applicable and click OK.

6. When this dialog appears, click OK.
7. Back in the 20-20 EDI 2.1 dialog, click Return to return to Orders.

Partner Info Tab
After clicking Send Selected Orders, the 20-20 EDI dialog appears. The Partner Info tab shows information on the EDI Partner used.
Order Info Tab
The Order Info tab shows information on the EDI Partner, the order and the current price level.
Use the Comment field to add a comment to the current order.
Use the Contact Name field to enter the contact name for the order.
Use the Order Information section to choose the order type.
Shipping Info Tab
The Shipping Info tab allows you to specify the shipping address and the carrier method.
Check the required shipping address of the order under Shipping Address.
Select the type of carrier to be used for the order under Carrier and enter the Desired Delivery Date.
Settings Tab
Select the Settings tab to configure the spooler and template information.

Use this transmission method for multi-catalog and multi-design order processing via EDI.

Prevent sending a specific order without deleting it
Uncheck Mark this order to be sent.
Change the general order information
Do so under Order Information.
See the details of an order Click View order details under Actions. When done viewing the details, click

Return to Orders at the bottom left of the window to return to order list.
Delete and order from the list Click Remove this order under Actions.
Attach a file to an order Click Attach a file under Actions. In the Open dialog, locate and select the file you want to attach, then click Open.
3. Click Send Selected Orders at the bottom left to send the selected order(s).
4. Enter your password if applicable and click OK.
5. When a confirmation appears, click Return to return to Orders.

Verifying the Order Status 1. To verify the status of your order(s), from the menu bar, click Status.
2. Type your Password in the corresponding field of the appropriate partner.
3. Click Log in to Server.

4. Once you see an order list similar to the following, click Help in the left pane for more details.
Modifying EDI Settings In this page, you can:
• change the paths where orders are saved, before and after you send them
• choose a cabinet sort order (base, wall, then tall) for your orders
• add, rename, delete catalogs names
• add, modify or remove partners to which you send orders
Change the General Information
1. From the menu bar, click Settings.
2. To change the location where orders are stored before being sent, click Click here to change beside Spool Path and choose a different path.
3. To change the location where copies of orders are stored after being sent, click Click here to change beside Archive Path and choose a different path.
4. To sort wall, tall and base units in a particular sequence in your orders, click the drop-down arrow beside Sort Order and choose the one you prefer.
Specify Catalogs and Partner Information
To send orders to your manufacturers through the server, you must first specify the catalogs you use. Then you must specify how you will send the orders for each catalog
1. From the menu bar, click Settings.

2. To add a new catalog, click New Catalog under Catalog to Partner Assignment. Enter the catalog's name and click OK. Repeat these steps to add all your catalogs.
3. To add a new partner, click New Partner under Catalog to Partner Assignment. Enter your Partner Name, Manufacturer ID and Dealer ID. (This information is provided by 20-20 or your manufacturers).
Beside Transmission Method, click the drop-down arrow and choose one of the options from the table below: To attach and send the design file with the order, check Include Design File. Click Save.
20-20 XML Connector
For multi-catalog and multi-design order processing, then click Configure this Method.
EDI 2020 For single catalog and single design order processing (same in version 6.X), then click Configure this Method.
Order Form To only print orders so you can fax them to the manufacturer.

4. To assign a partner to each catalog, under Catalog to Partner Assignment click the drop-down arrow next to the catalog and choose the required partner name. Or, choose Ignore items from this catalog if you will never order items from the selected catalog. For example, if your designs include items from the ROOM catalog, you should select this option.

Configure the Transmission Method of 20-20 XML Connector
1. In the Spooler Configuration dialog, click Add.
2. Under Server Settings, enter the required server information in the corresponding fields.
3. Click Move Up or Move Down to move server names in order of importance. Click Remove to delete the selected server name. Click Test Connection to test the connection and displays a status dialog.
Configure the Transmission Method of EDI 2020
1. In the Spooler Configuration dialog, click Add.
2. Choose Spool to Disk to send the orders to your hard drive. Or, choose Send Orders from this Station to send orders to the server.
3. The Spool Path is the default location where order files are spooled. Use the Browse button to select another location where order files should be spooled.
4. Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to move server names in order of importance. Click Delete to removes a selected server name. Click Test Connection to test the connection and displays a status dialog.
Rename or Delete a Catalog
From the menu bar, click Settings.
To… Do the following…
Delete a catalog 1. Under Catalog to Partner Assignment click this icon to the left of the catalog name.
2. When this message appears, click Yes.
Rename a catalog
1. Under Catalog to Partner Assignment click this icon to the left of the catalog name.

2. When this message appears, enter a new name for the catalog and click OK.
Remove a Partner
1. From the menu bar, click Settings.
2. Under Catalog to Partner Assignment, click Partner List.
3. Click Remove beneath the appropriate partner.
4. When the following message appears, click Yes.
5. Click Return to settings screen.
Modify a Partner
1. From the menu bar, click Settings.

2. Under Catalog to Partner Assignment click Partner List.

Exiting the 20-20 EDI Module
From the menu bar, choose Close or click the icon.
