Description :Suryadaya Tower merupakan sebuah gedung perkantoranyang terdiri dari 16 lantai yang terletak di pusat bisnis KotaManado. Gedung ini berdiri di atas tanah lunak yang berada diwilayah gempa kuat.Lokasi gedung yang berada di wilayah dengan resikogempa kuat mengharuskan dibuat sistem lateral yang mampuuntuk menahan gaya gempa yang terjadi. Untuk keperluan itudigunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK)sebagai sistem lateralnya.Pada Tugas Akhir ini akan direncanakan SuryadayaTower dengan menggunakan Program Bantu Tekla Structures 14.Program ini akan mempercepat proses pembuatan gambar detaildan volume material yang digunakan pada struktur.Tulisan ini akan merekomendasikan dimensi komponenstruktur serta kebutuhan tulangannya sesuai dengan persyaratanuntuk gedung yang dirancang dengan SRPMK. Hasilperancangan akan dituangkan dalam gambar desain yangdikerjakan dengan program bantu Tekla Structures 14.
Description Alt:Suryadaya Tower is a sixteenth stories office buildinglocated in the Manado Business District. This building will bebuilt upon soft soil in the highrisk seismic zone.Because of its location on highrisk seismic zone,it requiresa lateral system to resist the earthquake forces. For that reason,this building was designed using Special Moment ResistingFrames as its lateral system.In this Final Project will be designed Suryadaya Towerusing Tekla Structures 14 software. This software will fasten theprocess of preparing detailing drawing and report that containthe volume of concrete and rebar bending schedule in thestructure.This paper will recommended the dimension of structural
