ORDER OF REFERRAL TO SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE
THIS MATTER came before the Court at the Status Conference held on May, 20,
2016, at 11:30 a.m., upon Defendant, Ole Poulsens(Poulsen) Ore Tenus Motion for Referral
to Mediation (the Motion). The Court having considered the Motion, and the positions of
Plaintiff, Transunion Risk And Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. (TRADS), and Defendant,
The Best One, Inc. (TBO, collectively, with TRADS and Poulsen, the Parties), pursuant to
ORDERED in the Southern District of Florida on May 26, 2016.

Local Rule 9019-2, refers this adversary proceeding to judicial settlement conference.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED as follows:
1. The Parties are required to participate in a judicial settlement conference.
2.
The Honorable Robert A. Mark has consented to preside over the judicial
settlement conference and is duly appointed to conduct same.
3. Upon consultation with the parties and their attorneys, Judge Mark has
scheduled the settlement conference to occur on June 20, 2016, starting at 9:30 a.m.
The settlement conference shall take place in Miami, Florida, unless otherwise agreed to
by the Parties and Judge Mark.
4. Each Party shall participate in the settlement conference in good faith,
and shall ensure that a representative is present, in-person, at the settlement conferencewith authority to enter into a full and complete compromise and settlement. The failure
of any Party to do so may result in the imposition of sanctions by the Court.
5. Plaintiff expressly reserves all rights to seek reimbursement from TBO
for all attorneys fees and costs incurred with preparing for and attending this settlement
conference (a) as a result of TBOs request for an adjournment of the trial previously
scheduled to take place on May 16-20, 2016; and/or (b) as part of its claim against TBO
for contempt of Court. Defendants reserve all rights to oppose any such request.
