It breaks the file into the relevant sections such as the Application, Family Services, Health, Education, Disabilities, and Internal Audit. The purpose of this policy is to support agency staff (particularly Managers) in dealing consistently and effectively with challenging situations that may affect the health, safety and well-being of the children and employees.
