    General guidelines

    Please check which documents are requested to upload in the on-line application according to your level and type of mobility. Theapplication form will be valid only if all compulsory documents have been uploaded.

    The requested documents should be prepared in the following manner:

    1. If a document is issued in other language than English please also provide a certified English translation.

    2. Scan documents in a sufficient resolution.

    3. If a document consists of several pages, please scan it in a single PDF format file. Files in other formats (JPG, PNG,

    Word) are not allowed to upload.

    4. Name a file by indicating the type of a document, your first and last names Note!!!: Use only Latin and lowercase

    letters the file name. Uses underscore character to indicate space between words. (e.g.

    passport_marta_martinovich.pdf, transcrip_records_marta_martinovich.pdf).

    5. You should keep all the hard copies (paper versions) of the submitted documents. If you are selected for a

    scholarship, you will have to deliver the paper versions of the documents to the Host University.

    TRP is an official record showing courses the student has taken and grades achieved. If it is

    issued in other language than English please also provide a certified English translation.

    Example of TRP form.Universities can provide their own TRP form.

    Language proficiency

    Document proving English language proficiency should be provided.

    If a language of instruction at a chosen Host University is other than English, document proving

    other language proficiency should also be provided. For details, please examine language

    requirements of Host University.

    Motivation statement

    Prepare a motivation letter which you will copy to the on-line application from. Shortly introduce

    yourself, your skills, abilities, academic interest. Explain why you want to study as exchange or

    degree seeking student under Erasmus Mundus programme at a chosen Host University, how you

    plan to reintegrate into your home country. Specify motivation for each University you choose.

    Motivation letter should have at least 500 characters and no more than 1000 characters.
