1. Contact Details Description: Users can now add the contact details of any participant in a transaction to the Details tab of the Transaction Room without inviting the contact into the Transaction Room. This enhancement allows users to keep all of the details relevant to the transaction in one place even if a contact does not want to join the Transaction Room.

1.1 ADDING A CONTACT TO A TRANSACTION ROOM

1. Go to the Details tab in a Transaction Room.

2. Click EDIT

3. Fill in the Name, Phone, Email, and Company field for any of your contacts. Please note, if you are part of a brokerage account, the Admin has the capability to turn all or some of the contact fields on and off depending on their company’s preferences.

4. Click Save.

2. Transaction Room Name Field Description: A Name field has been added to the Create New Transaction modal and is required to be filled out before a Transaction Room can be created. Users can name their Transaction Room something different from the Property Address, for example, “Bryan Family”, to help remind them which transaction they are working on or if the user does not want to name the Transaction Room, the user can simply fill in the Property Address so the Name field will be auto-populated with the address.

2.1 HOW TO NAME A TRANSACTION ROOM

1. On the Transactions tab, click NEW.

   

2. When the Create New Transaction modal appears, fill out the Name. If the name is not different from the Property Address, users can skip the Name section and begin typing the address in the Property Address section, which will automatically populate the Name field with the address.

3. Click CREATE.

3. Requirements to Create a Transaction Room Description: Brokerages can require particular fields in the Details section to be filled out before a Transaction Room can be created. Required fields will be shown in the Create New Transaction modal.

3.1 HOW TO REQUIRE DETAILS FIELDS TO CREATE A TRANSACTION ROOM

1. Log in as the System Admin and select Admin in the upper right corner.

2. Click COMPANY. 3. Click Transaction Details.

4. For any Details fields that should be required in order to create a Transaction Room, the Use column must have a blue checkmark. If the Use column has a blue checkmark, you can click the circle in the “Required to Create” column to require the field to be filled out before a Transaction Room can be created.

5. Once the fields have been selected, they will appear on the Create New Transaction modal when members of the brokerage go to create new Transaction Rooms.

4. Activity Log Tab Description: The Transaction Room Activity log is intended to act as an audit trail of important activity related to the transaction. The Transaction Room Activity log will now appear in the last tab of a Transaction Room, the Activity tab.

Additional changes you may notice: • Starting on Details tab after creating a Transaction Room

When a Transaction Room is created, users will first be brought to the Details tab. Previously, users were brought to the Documents tab to start.

• Additional Origin of Lead option

On the Details tab of a Transaction Room, Broker Edition users have the option to select what the lead source was for the transaction. An additional option, REO, will be added to the list of options in the drop down for the Origin of Lead field.
