Experimental methods

• Pericarp removal, sown in peat, 15oC• 10, 15 and 20oC, 4 replicates (n=50)• 10 h of light with 50µmol m-2s-1

• Measuring: started on day 5, 2-4d.• Germination, radicle ≥ 2 mm• Infection, mycelium-like structure
