• Delivers certified IT Telesales staff• MS Sales Academy & ‘Selling the Stack’ + MLSS Lite + MTA• 12 month programme split into two 6 month blocks• Blended delivery e.g. virtual classroom, e-learning, classroom• Level 3 City & Guilds
