Introduction – Current DCC

• Available to domestic franchisees, security designees, and international consultants

• DCC can be used to create store groups (used for PWR reporting)

• Assign users to a specific store group or All Stores

• Grant existing users access to select DPZ applications (PWR, EMS, SMP)

• User Management occurs in Franchise Control Center (Domino’s Online Tool)

Introduction - Future

• Available Globally

• DCC will replace FCC for user management – Add, edit, delete users

• New users are only given a temporary password. They will need to go to live.dominos.com to specify their own password

– Reset passwords

– Identify accountants to submit Profit and Loss statements on behalf of the franchise

– Manage alternate email accounts for the franchise

Benefits of DCC

• One place for all user management

• Real-time update of passwords and user edits (currently password changes can take up to 4 hours to work through DPZ systems)

Login

• Only Franchisees, Master Franchisees, and Security Designees have access to DCC.

Manage Users

• Select Manage Users to see a list of all users or click the arrow to see a list of users by type.

• From this screen you can view current users, add users, view details on existing users, activate users (extend the account expiration for users 90 days), reset passwords and delete users.

Click on the user name (hyperlink) to view/edit a

user’s information.

Click Add User to add a new user to have access.

Click Activate Selected Users to extend the users

account expiration.

Franchisee

• View Franchisee information, edit Franchise Email Address or Emergency Text Contact, and grant application access

• Access the Alternate Email Setup

Franchisee – Alternate Email

• Set the default email address(es) to use for various different Domino’s Pizza functions: Franchisee’s default email address, Alternate listing for Customer Care Issues, Alternate listing for sending out Electronic Invoices from PeopleSoft

• To set up multiple email addresses, make sure to comma (,) separate the entries.

Franchisee – Accountant Setup

• Available from Manage Vendors (moved from the Franchisee record).

• Select the accountants to give access to submit P&L statements on your behalf

• Click Save and then Cancel to get back to the previous screen.

New User

• Specify user details, User Level (Employee Type), Security Designee, Store Number (if applicable), Store Group, and Application Access. – Unique email required (to access Domino’s LIVE)

• Temporary password will be generated and sent to the Email Address specified. • Store Number field is only used for classification purposes only. Use Store Group

field to limit access to a Store Group or individual store. For example, if adding a store manager, specify the store they manage in the Store Number field. If you only want that store manager to have access to view data in PWR for the store they manage, also select the store number in Store Group. If you want that store manager to have access to view data for all your stores, select All Stores in Store Group.

User Level (DPZ)

• Click more info… to see the selectable user levels and their description.

• Some user levels require you to specify a home store number for classification purposes.

User Level (DPII)

Security Designee

• Click more info… to see details on Security Designee privileges.

• Also list your current Security Designees.

Application Access

• Click on the application name hyperlink to see a description. • Select Access or the appropriate access level for the user. Select No

Access to remove access to the application. • PWR is currently the only Application available for international

franchisees.

Edit Existing User

• Edit user details, User Level (Employee Type), Security Designee, Store Number if applicable, Store Group, and Application Access

• Delete user and Reset Password

• Specify password to reset

• Make sure to inform user of new password

Appendix - Existing

• Manage Store Group

– Allow stores to be grouped into hierarchical groups

– Groups appear in PWR

– Users can be assigned to a store group to limit the store’s data the user has access to view

– Users assigned to higher level groups have access to all store groups contained below

Manage Store Group

• Add new store groups

• Delete Existing groups

• Edit stores belonging to a group

• Store groups can take up to 12 hours to be reflected in PWR.

Manage Store Group - New

• Specify Group Name

• Specify stores belonging to group by checking the checkbox next to the store number
