Connect offers excellent opportunities for expanding my knowledge of industry processes while focusing on the management tools we are currently using. The conference includes over 200 breakout and general sessions, panel discussions, and user group meetings all providing valuable training tips and ideas for use in our company. The user group sessions in particular allow me to learn how other businesses are dealing with many of the same challenges we face on a daily basis. I will also have an opportunity to provide input on the future enhancements of the EFI tools we use. In addition, Connect includes a Solution Center where I can ask questions and review the latest releases of EFI products to determine how we can best implement them in our company. I can take a list of issues and/or challenges to them from all of our departments and bring back the answers that will improve our internal processes. It’s my understanding that EFI will bring together over 100 product and business experts to train, consult, and discuss the use of EFI’s products and services. The value of these classes alone exceeds the registration cost. In 2017, the EFI Users’ conference was once again sold-out with 16%
