ADVANCED FOCUS SYSTEM

Galileo swore by the power of lenses; Newton by the power of reflectors. We have simply combined the two technolo-gies – only better than anyone before. The result: our patent-ed3 Advanced Focus System (AFS), which allows a seamless transition from homogeneous low beam to sharply focused high beam. The efficiency of the AFS even has experts thrilled.

SMART LIGHT TECHNOLOGY

This innovation makes your Ledlenser a personal lighting tool: A micro-controller allows you to program your individual range of functions with differ-ent touch and switch combina-tions. So you always have the perfect light mode at hand.

EMERGENCY LIGHT

Turns your flashlight into an emergency light: If the power goes out while your Ledlenser is in the charging base, it will automatically turn on. So the light helps you to find your bearings and then e.g. find the fuse box.

X-LENS TECHNOLOGY

This technology is an enhancement of the Advanced Focus System (AFS). It can merge virtually any number of reflector lenses and syn-chronizes their individual light beams into a perfect beam. The result is a high-grade, homoge-neous floodlight in unfocused mode and our most sharply focused high beam to date.


OPTISENSE TECHNOLOGY

Whether it's dusk, shady, dim or pitch-black: With Optisense technology, your Ledlenser will automatically adapt to the current light conditions. The innovative dimmer controls the brightness based on the re-flection of its own light without annoying glare.

WIDE BEAM

Our wide beam format takes into account that the human field of vision is around 180° degrees horizontally and only around 130° degrees vertically. The oval shape of the light and the Wide Beam technology makes things twice as safe: You don't only see more, but are also seen from every angle.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Our lights stay cool, even when they work hard: Thanks to the smart and fully automated tem-perature control, a Ledlenser never gets too hot, no matter how much you use it. This protects you from burns and the LED from overheating.

FLOATING CHARGE SYSTEM

Cordless and weightless charging: With the Floating Charge System, which can be wall-mounted, and the mag-netic charging cable, the lamp seems to float in its mount and is ready to use with a mere flick of the wrist. In addition to charging via USB, with an adapter the system can also be plugged into standard outlets or connected to cigarette lighter plugs in cars.

SAFETY YTRION CELL

This battery technology is predominantly found in electric vehicles. But it's also perfect for Ledlensers. A Safety Ytrion Cell is considerably lighter than a nickel-metal hydride battery and can be charged up to five times faster than a lithium-ion battery. Plus it offers more than 5,000 charge cycles with vir-tually zero capacity loss from "memory effect”.

RAPID FOCUS

When you focus and defocus the flashlight or headlamp, our reflector lens moves in rela-tion to the LED. To make this process as fast and ergonomic as possible for users we de-veloped Rapid Focus: a sin-gle-hand operated mechanism used to change the light mode at lightning speed.
