EARTH STATION• An earth station is

a terrestrial terminal station.

• Designed for transmission and reception of radio waves from an astronomical radio source.

• The signal is up-linked from the Earth Station and received by many down link centers in TV broad casting via satellites.

OB VAN

• Outside broadcasting (OB) is the production of television or radio programmes from a mobile remote broadcast television studio.

• It is also known as mobile PCR.

• OB Van is equipped with: 8 numbers of Digital CCD cameras 16 input vision mixer and 16 audio mixer . One computerized MOVE CG for superimposing titles. Long haul microwave link is also available with OB.
