DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE As a Pet Owner, I understand how much we love our furry friends. However, not everyone loves our fur babies as much as we do. With this said, I am reminding all pet owners that pets are only allowed in areas designated for them (pet park or our own yards) and MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Per our Club Rules {SLCCV Prospectus}, “pets are only allowed in areas designated for them. They must be leashed at all times when outside your home . . . Management reserves the right to require any pet which becomes annoying to other residents to be removed within 5 days’ notice”. Sadly, we’ve recently had documented occurrences of unleashed dogs that have attacked leashed dogs while at the pet park. Failure to have your pet leashed or pets that are a threat leave us no choice but to contact pet control and the owner(s)may be asked to remove their pet from the park. The Halloween Fun has Begun! IMPORTANT HOA meeting this MONTH…. Mark your calendar for 7 pm, Weds 10/30/19

The "Heated Guest Pool Committee" has been working hard to raise awareness and solicit donations in hopes of having the guest pool heated before December. Our plan was to present our information at the Sept meeting and have the membership vote at the October meeting so that installation could take place in November. Keep in mind that this was #1 in the 2017 survey of how to best use some of the $30,000+ in the HOA account. We hope that the HOA Board will put this vote on the Agenda at the October meeting. You will want to vote YES to heat the guest pool if you - ever have family or friends visiting between Oct & April when the water can be cold - prefer to use the guest pool instead of the owners pool as some do -need a warmer pool for health reasons then the owners pool provides - sometimes find the owners pool water too cold, especially in Oct & Nov If installed, then we can turn heat on before 11/15 & control the temperature! If you are not yet a member, you need to JOIN for 2019. Annual dues are $3.00. You can join 1 of 3 ways (listed in order of preference) 1. Make check payable to: SLCCV HOA for $3 & drop into Suggestion Box at clubhouse. Include address & phone#, and
