MUM FELL I phoned NHS111. No-one
knew mum, so the ambulance was called to
take her to A&E. She’s still in hospital 3 weeks later
SPRAIN If only NHS111 had sent me to
the Minor Injuries Unit
How can it
feel now,
when
people need
help and
advice?

he needed?
